Seriously, it's making me want to vomit how ugly my older stuff was. I feel ashamed.

You all know what time of year it is... Thanksgiving time! xD It seemed like it took forever for it to come. But it's finally today. :] Something about waking up to the smells of mum's apple and pumpkin pies just makes the world seem so much better.

Not only is my mum's dinner for Thanksgiving insanely wicked good... but it's the tradition of it all that really gets me. I remember when I was a kid I use to wake up, run to the kitchen just in time to see my mum getting started, and the second that bird was in the oven I would run to the t.v. and flip back and forth from  the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade  and marathons of my favorite shows like Angry Beavers or Hey Arnold!.

I think one of my favorite parts about Thanksgiving is that my mum seems so happy on the day. Maybe that's because she knows we'd all move mountains to get to her turkey. :3 But still, I'm thankful she can smile on this day.

So, this year, I'm going to go over some things I'm thankful for.

I'm thankful for this warm house and food we're blessed with each day. Thankful for my family's good health and healing. Thankful for the blessings of having such a big family, otherwise we'd lose out on all the fun in the holidays. And I'm thankful that my family and I stick together through thick and thin.


I'm thankful for the little happy moments my family and I have together. Family is irreplaceable and I'm going to enjoy every second I have with them(even if they won't let you play Assassin's Creed brotherhood yet--that's right I'm talking to you two M & S)
